Does your company make mold by yourself?
Yes, we have about 30 years of mold manufacturing experience. Besides domestic customers, 70% of our manufactured export products are sold to European and North American markets, 10% to other countries including Russia, Australia, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, Nigeria, etc.
How many kinds of products can you make? Only make the mold?
We can make different kinds of molds, including plastic injection molds, die casting molds, blowing molds, stamping molds, and silicone rubber molds. Additionally, we can produce the final parts for you, such as plastic injection parts, aluminum die-casting parts, rubber parts, silicone parts, and stamping parts.
What software do you use to check drawings? What formats can you check?
Our designers and engineers use Auto CAD, Solidworks, UG, Pro/E, and CAM to check 2D or 3D drawings. We can process drawings in PDF, DWG, STP, X-T, IGS, STL, DXF, and DXW formats.
Can I get a sample for check?
Yes, samples are available with sample cost and shipment cost. We will refund these costs if you place a bulk order.
How do you pack the mold and products?
For molds, we apply anti-rust oil and cover with protective films before packing into non-fumigation wooden cases. Products are packed in standard export cartons or according to customer specifications.
Can you design products for me if I only have a rough concept?
Yes! We offer comprehensive design services based on your requirements and specifications.
