A3: Please send us your product photos and send us samples if it is convenient. We will make a design drawing according to the product photos and send it to you. After your confirmation, we will negotiate and modify for many times, and then carry out subsequent cooperation.
Q4: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A4: Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.
Q5: What's the payment terms?
A5: We can accept 30% advance payment. In the mold and product production project, we will send you product photos and videos to let you know the order progress. You need to pay the balance before we can deliver the goods.
Q6: How long can I get the sample?
A6: Sample is free, depends on your specific items, within 3-7 days is required generally.
Q7: What is your main market?
A7: We carry out global business and export our products to the United States, Russia, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany and other countries. We can provide some information about well-known enterprises in countries we have cooperated with, so that you can better understand our company and trust us.
Q8: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund our fund?
A8: As a matter of fact, we won't take a chance to do poor quality products. Meanwhile, we manufacture goods quality products until your satisfaction. If products have some quality problem, we will help you as soon as possible.
Q9: What's the payment term?
A9: We accept T/T, L/C, WESTERN UNION, PAY LATER, VISA, etc.
Q10: What is the standard of package?
A10: For small products, we will use plastic bags that meet the standard to pack separately, then put them into cartons, attach bags outside, and make wooden boxes that meet the export requirements. For large-scale products such as molds, we will directly put them into wooden boxes, fix them properly, and paste labels on the outer boxes.
Q11: What services does your company provide?
