Q5: What are the payment terms?
A5: We accept 30% advance payment. During mold and product production, we will send you product photos and videos to keep you informed. Balance payment is required before delivery.
Q6: How long can I get the sample?
A6: Samples are free. Depending on your specific items, typically 3-7 days are required.
Q7: What is your main market?
A7: We conduct global business and export to the United States, Russia, Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, and other countries. We can provide references from well-known enterprises we've cooperated with.
Q8: If you make poor quality goods, will you refund our funds?
A8: We maintain high quality standards and manufacture products to your satisfaction. If quality issues arise, we will assist you promptly.

A10: Small products are packed in standard plastic bags, then in cartons with outer bags and export-compliant wooden boxes. Large products like molds are placed directly in wooden boxes with proper fixation and labeling.
